Animal Kingdom SM will have a booth at the upcoming Day of the Dog Festival on 2327 Main Street on October 19, 2025 from 12PM-5PM. This Pet-a-Palooza with a focus on dogs brings the community together for a day of fun with free admission.
Whether you’re a long-time local or visiting for the day, this event offers a unique chance to enjoy Santa Monica’s vibrant pet-loving community while experiencing fun activities and entertainment. Some examples are:
- Wiener Dog and Corgi Races – Little legs don’t phase these determined dogs when it comes to sprinting across the lawn. Watch weiner dogs and corgis race against gravity to reach the finish line and earn tail-wagging bragging rights.
- All-Breed Dog Races – Dogs of all breeds are welcome to race at the Day of the Dog fest. If you feel your dog is faster than the pack, be sure to enter during open registration before 12:30PM next to the race track.
- Dog Pool Party – Have a splash of fun with your dogs in the 100ft pool complete with pool floaties, refreshments, and a live DJ.
- Howl-O-Ween Party & Costume Contest – Partner up with your pup to delight in the best Halloween costume for a chance to win $500. Whether spooky, silly, or cute, be sure to dress your dog to impress for a howling good time.
